Foiling
Requires no custom dies reducing the set-up costs considerably and is an enhancement that bonds the metallic foil to card or paper materials.
Foil is a handsomely crisp and iridescent surface finish, which adds bold contrast making the foiled content stand out from the rest of the product.
Adding foil to business cards is one of the common requests of clients who want to create a statement and a sense of stature and extravagance; it produces a sophisticated touch to your product and adds emphasis to the foiled areas.
Foil is transferred through heat onto the surface of your chosen stock; this makes the area sparkle with a dazzling metallic finish.

Die Cutting
Technological advancements in die cutting have kept it as one of the fastest and most accurate methods of large-scale manufacturing for a range of products. The most common products created through die-cutting include marketing and promotional material, shop displays, and packaging.

Laminating
Laminating protects your documents from moisture, dirt, weather, and other sources of contamination. It is ideal for menus, maps, certificates, signs, glossy photos, and instruction sheets.
Lamination film comes in gloss or matt. Gloss lamination enhances the colours whilst matt lamination can slightly dull off the colours.
Lamination takes place by using a polyester substrate coated with low-melt copolymer adhesive, this helps protect prints from damage and adds strength to the print.
Wiro Binding
Wire binding (or wire-o-binding) is commonly found when a combination of heavy and light stocks are all used together on the same book intermittently.
Because wire binding is durable and allows for full and flat book opening and closing, it is useful for binding items like calendars, swatch books, notebooks, annual reports, diaries, presentation books, and unusual custom publications. Wire binding is available in a range of colours, finishes, and sizes, to suit your needs.
Spiral Binding
While Wiro Binding and Spiral Binding might be mistaken for each other with no significant difference, we can assure you there is. Additionally, there is also a price difference between the two binding styles.
The largest difference in the practical use between Wiro Binding and Spiral Binding is that coil binding needs to be threaded and screwed in from either the top or bottom of the book to be bound or removed. That means there is no easy way for a page to come loose other than to tear the page out.
